At the Garden Senato Milano, Han Kjøbenhavn presented their 2023 Spring Summer Womens Runway Collection during Milano Moda Donna, Milan Fashion Week in Italy. Sometimes as we look into ourselves, we also search for shadows. Within the darkness, our emotions surface. This show’s theme brings out the shapes and feelings that come out of it.

Super Vase: The garments became sculptures. A onesie leotard and a gown show a vase-like rim opening on the neckline with curvatures. A puff sleeved jacket and outerwear coat have a wide funnelneck collar.
Beyond The Veil: We cover ourselves with a veil, a mask and a hood. What are we really hiding from?
Frankenstein: Another sculptural take on strong high shoulders takes a step ahead. One has a metal alien-like shape armor paired with a sleeveless halterneck top and leggings. The other is like a biker jacket with poufy bloated shoulders.
Curve Ball: Hems take on a new meaning with coiled shapes. A sheer turtleneck crop top has elongated draped sleeves and a curved front. Furthermore, a strapless dress with a large ring peplum has a u-shaped curvature front.
Drapery: Sheer organza drapings create volume. One strapless onesie leotard has its sides extended with draped curtain-like hem. On the other hand, a turtleneck black dress has a full draped waterfall high-low hem at the back that complements the legs.
