A rebellious rush of energy enveloped Masha Popova’s 2023 Spring Summer Womens Runway Collection during London Fashion Week in the United Kingdom hosted by the British Fashion Council. These are the top jeanswear pieces to look out for.
Denim: We see a jean jacket and a denim dress formed into a flower bud on the chest and shoulders. The jorts or denim cutoffs shorts have a unique cross waistband and a cutout waist. Patterns shown are spirals, clawed stripes, sunbursts, chevron zigzag pleats, star shaped leaves and tire tracks. The fabric treatments come in tie-dye, dip-dye, spray paint and colored denim. The dresses are hung in noodle straps and draped on the side. A denim miniskirt has a ruffled protrusion that gives an asymmetrical look. Jeanswear tops present a sexy halterneck blouse, poufy shoulder patchwork short sleeve and a capelet mini-poncho. Don’t forget the denim motorcycle biker boots to lead the way.
