One of many and relevant cooperative efforts that goes beyond fashion is the Diesel + EDUN Collaboration for the 2013 Spring Summer Collection. When DIESEL founder Renzo Rosso (Only The Brave Foundation project in Dioro, Mali) and EDUN founders Ali Hewson and Bono (Conservation Cotton Initiative in Uganda) travelled to Uganda and Mali to participate in their charity programs, they decided to join forces to strengthen Africa’s apparel trade and development. Inspired by African culture and creativity, the collection is entirely manufactured in Africa with the finest CCI cotton from Uganda. With Studio Africa’s cast members supporting the cause, together they help define a brighter future.<\/p>\n
