Cecilie Bahnsen marked her ten-year anniversary at Copenhagen Fashion Week with the 2026 Spring Summer Womens Collection, “Hana-bi”. Staged at Refshaleøen, the show presented sculptural yet delicate silhouettes inspired by the Japanese word for fireworks, symbolizing “flower” and “fire.” The collection opened in pure white before transitioning into luminous silver, highlighting Bahnsen’s hallmark evolution. Fabrics such as Myrtia organza, Fiama fil-coupé, and quilted taffeta were reimagined into new forms, blending couture techniques with ease. Ten standout looks included cutout floral dresses, sheer organza creations, silver-adorned ensembles, and voluminous skirts for SS26.
