Paul & Joe had their 2014 Resort Womens Cruise Pre Spring Presentation in France. For the upcoming season, designer Sophie Albou-Mechaly also channeled a tropical theme with a jungle full of animals such as tigers, horses and birds. Much like menswear, the crossover motifs were ornamental loungewear patterns, foliage fauna and paisleys. Jeanswear pieces we saw were cute roll up mini shorts, chambray denim like shirt and a chic denim skirt. Mix and match florals, dots, geometric shapes and stripes complemented each other. Casual ensembles explored blazers with shorts, crochet knit jumpers with skirts, solids with prints, full on printed set or ruffled tattered seam shirt with striped pants. Ballerinas and strapped heeled sandals with handbags or backpacks made the outfits complete. From the presentation, we select only the top looks and our favorite pieces.
