Here’s another one from last month’s Fashion Rio. Check out the Ausländer 2014 Summer Womens Runway Collection. With the creative direction of Ricardo Bräutigam, the upcoming season’s inspirations came from Hedi Slimane’s journals, retro 1960s nostalgia, Southern California sunny lifestyle and classic color blocking black & white contrasts. Prison stripes, weaved patterns, ornamental prints, graphic foliage leaves and screen print portraits brought character to the pieces. Casual pants either focused on a ribbed panel motorcycle biker vibe with tuxedo side seam stripes or a fully printed skinny jeans. From the presentation, we selected only the top looks and our favorite pieces.
